Operation Policy

1. General Principles
This Operation Policy applies to all game services provided by WEMADE PLAY (the “Company”). However, certain provisions of this Policy may not apply to a particular game depending on its system features (e.g., whether chat functionality is available or whether data is stored on a server).
Service restrictions are applied based on the type of conduct and on an account basis, and access to all services associated with the same account may be restricted.
The Company may impose service restrictions on users who are presumed to have engaged in prohibited conduct after reviewing the circumstances through reports received by Customer Support, complaints submitted through various channels, operator monitoring, and other relevant means.The Company may restrict a user's access to the Service in accordance with this Policy even if the user's conduct does not specifically fall under any category of prohibited conduct, provided that such conduct constitutes a violation of the Terms of Service.
If a user creates or acquires game currency, experience points, points, items, rewards, or other similar assets (collectively, "Content") through conduct or methods that constitute prohibited conduct, the Company may recover or reset such created or acquired Content separately from any service restriction. In addition, if a user is objectively suspected of participating in unlawful activities, including receiving Content that was created or acquired through conduct or methods constituting prohibited conduct, the Company may recover or reset such Content separately from any service restriction.
Service restrictions are imposed after the relevant conduct or methods have been reviewed and verified. Therefore, there may be a delay between the occurrence of the conduct and the imposition of the restriction. If a user requests account termination during a service restriction period, access to the Service may continue to be restricted or denied until the restriction period expires.
Service restriction may not be imposed if objective evidence is insufficient or if the relevant user account has already been restricted or deleted. However, if an investigation reveals additional conduct that warrants a more severe restriction or repeated and habitual violations, enhanced penalties may be imposed even during an existing restriction period.
All times related to the Service, including the effective date of this Policy, service operations, enforcement measures, and notices, shall be calculated based on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
2. Data Management and Disclaimer
If a user accesses the Service through a Guest Account without linking a social media account (e.g., Google, Apple, Facebook), game data (including purchase records, usage history, and Content) may be lost if the device is changed or lost, or if the application is deleted or data is reset. In such cases, the Company is technically unable to restore the user's game data. Therefore, users are strongly advised to link their social media account when using a Guest Account.
For games in which game data is stored directly on the user's device rather than on the Company's servers, and that do not require registration or account linking (including hyper-casual games, hereinafter referred to as "Locally Stored Games"), all game data stored on the device may be lost if the application is deleted, or if the device is changed (including loss or damage) or reset. In such cases, the Company is technically unable to restore the user's game data.
Users are responsible for ensuring that game data is not lost when using a Guest Account or a Locally Stored Game. Users shall bear all responsibility for any loss of game data, and the Company shall not be liable for any loss of game data.
