Q. Why is Anipang not available in my country?

　As of November 28, 2012, Anipang is available in all Google Play markets. iOS device users will have to wait a bit longer.

Q. How do I get the English version of Anipang?

　To get the English version of Anipang, all you have to do is change the language settings of your Android phone to English (United States). The English version will then be available.

Q. Why isn’t there an English version for iPhone yet?

　English version is only available for the Android OS. There’re no immediate plans to add an English version for iOS.

Q. What are requirements for using Anipang on my phone?

　Anipang is compatible with most devices running iOS 4 or higher and Android OS 2.2 or higher.

Q. Why doesn’t Anipang work on my HTC phone?

　There are specific issues with HTC phones that make it more tricky to implement. As a result, we are unable to offer Anipang to HTC users at this time.

Q. Can I play Anipang on my tablet?

　Absolutely! Anipang will work on tablets that are in the market right now, such as, Samsung Galaxy Tab and Apple iPad. You will need to download the mobile phone version and a HD version is not yet available.

　KakaoTalk is a mobile messenging service that’s poplar in South Korea.

Q. Why do I need this Kakaotalk?

　By connecting to KakaoTalk, you will be able to play with your friends

　Yes! You will ned an internet connection to play. However, the connection is not constant and are used during the start and the end of the game.

Q. How do I play Anipang for Kakao?

　Anipang for Kakao is a match-3 puzzle game. Your goal is to match 3 or more similar characters in under 60 seconds. The more you match and the faster your 　speed is, the higher your score will be

Q. How do I add friends on Anipang for Kakao?

　To add friends to Anipang, you will first need to open KakaoTalk and find your friends that way. You are not able to add friends inside Anipang.

Q. My friends sent me hearts, but I didn’t get it. Why?

　We have set a limitation as to how many hearts users can receive. The maximum number of Hearts is set to 50. If you currently have 50 hearts, you’ll not be able to 　receive it.

Q. Why is my score gone?

　The scores on the scoreboard will reset each week. The weekly scores from you and your friends will be removed, however, your personal best score will be 　　     retained forever. Please not that if you are playing with a Guest login, scores will not appear in scoreboard.

Q. My Anipang won’t load, what should I do?

　There are many issues that may cause this. If there is a new update available, it’s recommended that you update it as soon as you’re prompted to updated. 　　　     Generally, you can power off your phone and turn it back on. In some cases, you can uninstall and reinstall Anipang. If these solutions fail, please email our 　　           customer support at m.anipang@sundaytoz.com.

Q. What are Hearts?

　Hearts are basically lives. Each game will require the use of Hearts.

Q. How do I get Hearts?

　There are 4 ways to get Hearts. 1.) Wait 8 minutes for each Heart to recharge. 2.) Invite friends to join you in Anipang. 3.) Send Hearts to your friends and wait for 　your friend to reciprocate. 4.) Buy more Hearts with your Topaz.

Q. What do coins do?

　Coins allow you to buy items to enhance game play and ultimately your scores.

Q. What are Topaz?

　Topaz is our virtual currency. You can use Topaz to buy Hearts and Coins.

Q. How do I get more Hearts?

　There are four ways to get Hearts. 1.) Have your friends send you Hearts. 2.) Invite friends to join you on Anipang. 3.) Buy Hearts with your Topaz. 4.) Wait 8 minutes 　for each Heart to restore.

Q. How do I get more Coins?

　There are several ways to get more Coins. 1.) Play daily to receive Coins. 2.) Match special characters with the coin icons. 3.) Buy more Coins with your Topaz.

Q. I accidentally deleted my Anipang account. How can I play again?
